FCA denies rampant clutch issues in Dodge Dart

FCA (Chrysler) was recently able to beat class action certification against California consumers who accused Fiat Chrysler of offering a meager response to alleged clutch defects. 

U.S. District Judge Gonzalo P. Curiel followed up on a tentative ruling and formally rejected proposals for three classes of drivers in California and nationwide who purchased vehicles from FCA US LLC with allegedly faulty clutches that stuck to the floor.  Those vehicles are

  • 2013-2015 Dodge Darts

There have actually been more than a few complaints regarding these vehicles, as evidenced here, here and here.  

Unfortunately, this means that FCA is denying that there are issues with these vehicles AND they've won in court in a class action context.  

HOWEVER.
